Expertise

Expertise across every discipline

One integrated team across every discipline — architecture, engineering, construction, inspection, and development, coordinated from a single point of accountability.

§ 01Disciplines

Every discipline, under one roof

Seven connected capabilities that let one team carry a project from first feasibility study to final completion.

01

Architecture & Design

We design buildings that are as buildable as they are considered — plans developed with structure, systems, cost, and code in view from the first sketch. Every drawing set is coordinated for permitting and for the field crews who will build it. The result is design that survives contact with reality.

02

Engineering & Coordination

Structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines are coordinated under one roof rather than negotiated across separate firms. Conflicts are resolved on paper, where they are inexpensive to fix. Documentation arrives at permitting complete and internally consistent.

03

General Contracting

As a licensed Florida contractor, ABE self-directs the work with an accountable schedule, budget, and chain of command. Subcontractors are vetted, sequenced, and supervised by people who helped design the building. Owners get one number to call.

04

Construction Management

For owners running their own contracts, ABE acts as the technical authority on site — reviewing submittals, tracking progress against schedule, and validating pay applications. We protect the owner's position at every milestone. Issues surface in weekly reporting, not at closeout.

05

Building Inspections

Condition assessments, structural evaluations, milestone inspections, and due-diligence reporting for owners, boards, and investors. Findings are written plainly, prioritized by risk, and paired with realistic remediation costs. You get a document you can act on.

06

Real Estate Development

From site acquisition analysis through entitlement, delivery, and occupancy, ABE advises developers with the discipline of a builder. Zoning, yield, cost, and schedule are tested together before capital is committed. Development decisions are grounded in what can actually be built.

07

Feasibility & Preconstruction

Before drawings begin, we test whether the project works: site constraints, zoning envelope, utility capacity, budget range, and schedule. Preconstruction then converts that study into procurement strategy, phasing, and a cost model. Surprises are eliminated while they are still cheap.
